Droosh started as a hunch by family founders that they couldn’t be the only ones calling family members from the Indian grocery store or preemptively panicking when a recipe calls for a zillion ingredients. Serena, Sabrina, and Savi started Droosh to help people eat better, enjoy more, and stress less, through the invention of their signature spice blends.

To build a pixel-perfect, custom Liquid Shopify Theme to launch a new business without a huge budget.
Discovery
Coldsmoke collaborated with Droosh's founders and design partner Outline to establish core business requirements and provide strategic technology recommendations from project inception. We developed a phased implementation plan that enabled authentic founder storytelling while maintaining budget discipline on the development side. This approach prioritized essential features for launch while identifying enhancement opportunities that could be evaluated for future investment as the business scaled.
Deliverables
Coldsmoke delivered a pixel-perfect implementation of the designs using Shopify 2.0 theme architecture, resulting in a fast-loading, visually compelling storefront optimized for customer navigation. Because post-launch autonomy was a priority for the Droosh team, we architected the site for intuitive content management, enabling updates and modifications without developer intervention. The platform provides a scalable foundation for the Droosh family to share their culinary heritage and expand their business while delivering exceptional flavor experiences to their customers.
